SEPI MODULES & LOGISTICS

This Somatic Energetic Psychotherapeutic Integration (SEPI) training is designed specifically for healing professionals who want to breathe new life into their work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. SEPI integrates a broad palette of specific body-centered and psycho-spiritual energetic healing approaches with psychodynamic and transpersonal-based psychological theory, case conceptualization, and relevant neuroscience research.

You will be given the opportunity to practice navigating the subtle energetic realms within the context of psychology. Our bodies have incredible resources as well as unprocessed material within them that once attended to, offer us—and our clients—greater freedom of choice in how we navigate life. The premise of this program is the belief that combining the brilliance of psychology with energetic interventions often has more potency than engaging either one alone.

Over the course of this 9-month program, you will learn:

  1. The fundamentals of energetic assessment I – attachment styles, introduction to energetic-based Neo-Reichian character defense structures
  2. The fundamentals of energetic assessment II – continuation of Neo-Reichian character defense structures relating to the intersubjective field, “body as instrument” for attunement, mindfulness interventions, and relevant neuroscience research
  3. Introduction to trauma resolution – tools and techniques to strengthen resilience in the autonomic nervous system and to develop greater capacity for affect regulation
  4. Multi-dimensional therapy I – introduction to collaborative hands-on energetic balancing and sound healing
  5. Multi-dimensional therapy II – energetics of differentiation: specific advanced hands-on energetic interventions, relational cord connections, intergenerational transmission of trauma and of strengths
  6. Integration – deepen into themes explored in modules 1-5 and weave them together.

The course structure includes:

  • six consecutive monthly intensive weekends (Friday night – Sunday afternoon)
  • three consecutive monthly consultation/supervision groups (Saturday 3-4 hours each)

The SEPI training format is: didactic, experiential, group discussion, and written/verbal case presentations.
